Lavandin essential oil is a hybrid of lavender and spike lavender. It has a sweet yet dry floral aroma with sultry notes and camphoraceous undertone.
Lavandin essential oil is the perfect alternate for almost any lavender oil. It can be used in diffusers, soaps, lotions, perfume blends, or room and linen sprays. Lavandin typically contains 26-38% Linalyl acetate, 29-32% Linalool, 6-12% Camphor, and 5-10% 1,8-Cineole.
Blends Well With
Bergamot, cedarwood, clove, orange, patchouli, pine, rosemary, thyme, vetiver, or ylang ylang.
This oil may inhibit blood clotting and can cause skin sensitization. Never use essential oils undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.
Before using topically, perform a small patch test on your inner forearm or back by applying a small quantity of diluted essential oil and apply a bandage. Wash the area if you experience any irritation. If no irritation occurs after 48 hours it is safe to use on your skin.
